Heidi Rapp worked there for 2 1/2 years before relocating to Denver in May 2003. Flat Fee Realty, Inc. was started in November of 2003 and we are growing quickly. With over 4 years of real estate experience, we are committed to saving people money. We understand that with the increase in housing prices, sometimes Real Estate agents walk away with more than the seller, We believe that is unjust. Heidi Rapp (owner/broker) graduated from Colorado State University in 1998 with a B.S. in Construction Management. She moved to Las Vegas where she lived for 5 years. After working as a project manager for a large commercial contractor, she decided to put her love of looking at houses into action. That is when she got involved in Real Estate. In her first year she sold over $1 million in properties. The next 2 years she consistently sold over $15 million, making her the company's top producer. Moving to Colorado in May 2003 she worked for Metro Brokers for a short time before deciding to bring the low cost real estate idea into action here in Denver.
